Best Paranormal Reality Shows
Stephan Wagner at Paranormal Phenomena on the Best Paranormal Reality Shows.
I haven't seen Paranormal Witness yet, one of Wagner's top three picks, but I agree with his two other picks: Celebrity Ghost Stories and My Ghost Story. As Wagner comments, both shows have believable people telling their stories, and the reenactments show some restraint with the cheesy effects. (So many of these shows go overboard with the dramatic camera angles and over the top music.)
I appreciate the fact both shows don't throw in skeptics or debunkers or try to "rationally" explain away the encounters.
Visit Wagner's site and if you like, share your favorite paranormal reality shows.

Christopher Laursen: 'Why Not An Animal Afterlife?'
Why not indeed? I have always believed that animals have souls, and that they can appear to us in "ghostly" form. I've had personal experience with that, as has my mother, as well as several others I know of personally. Why Not An Animal Afterlife? (thanks to Anomalist for link.)

From The Daily Grail: Voices From Beyond the Grave?
Voices From Beyond the Grave? | TDG - Science, Magick, Myth and History: No, it's not a vintage muppet show recording. The high-pitched voice in the above is said to be that of a dead person: 'Feda', a young Indian girl (allegedly) who was the main 'control' personality for the celebrated English medium Gladys Osborne Leonard (1882-1968) while she was in a trance. Feda was said to have died around the year 1800, while the recording here was made on the 17th of November, 1932.
Mrs Leonard was extensively investigated by members of the Society for Psychical Research over a long period, from the First World War till after World War II. In general they came to conclude that the medium exhibited some sort of supernormal ability to receive information. The SPR made this recording of Mrs. Leonard in trance, which was recently released on the album Okkulte Stimmen - Mediale Musik: Recordings Of Unseen Intelligences 1905-2007

Ghostly real estate transactions. - JREF Forum
As readers of my blogs know, I often enjoy outing skeptoids on their stuff. Usually I post debunker skepti-bunkie items on my blog Skepti Watch, but since this thread at the JREF (James Randi Educational Forum) is about haunted houses and realtors (synchronicity; see post below) I'm posting the link here: Ghostly real estate transactions. - JREF Forum
'Best Towns To Find Haunted Houses: Trulia'
Some realtors don't like to disclose a house may be haunted, either because they flat out don't believe in such things, are afraid such knowledge would hurt the sale, or, if there's no law requiring such disclosure, why bother. But Trulia real estate goes for it:Best Towns To Find Haunted Houses: Trulia
